Regan Thomas

Regan Thomas

Regan Thomas is a financial adviser and the managing director of MoneyTree Financial Services. Prior to becoming an adviser, Regan spent six years in the banking sector. During that time, he gained extremely valuable tools and experience, and these enable him to offer support to individuals with their finances and give his clients more time to do the things they enjoy.

Regan likes the challenge of leadership roles both within his business and the local school community where he served on his children’s school Board of Trustees.

Regan will be presenting the workshop – ‘Plan B: Preparing for the sudden absence of a key person.’

The presentation will discuss what to do in the event of a key person having an unplanned absence from your business.

“There will be some disruption, but the business must carry on.

We all think about it from time to time. We mean to get around to it. One day. It’s time to make a plan. Let’s get started today. A good business contingency plan identifies, instructs and empowers those who you would wish to step in.

This workshop will give you a better understanding of steps you can take towards preparing for the everyday risks that face your business. Just in case something extraordinary happens.”

  • How do you view your employees? Do you distinguish between family members and others?
  • Are the current employees in your family business team players?
